I backed it but haven't looked at it yet. I prefer to learn new systems with physical books, so I probably won't read it until those arrive.

It looks pretty good, but I prefer learning a new system with completed rules and the rules are not quite to their final form as per this third update.

Yeah I can understand that. Myself I just had my first fan expansion for the game published in a Swedish RPG magazine. No waiting for finished rules for me!

There are unfinished games where I don't mind. For example, I playtested the rules for Fantasy AGE 2e, a bit for Shadow of the Weird Wizard, and Stonetop (a Dungeon World hack), but I have a prior base knowledge to work from.

Not sure how I feel about those advancement rules yet, but the system does seem intriguing. And Free League makes some great product.

It's very close to old school Runequest/BRP advancement, plus the Feat-like heroic abilities. I like how different it is from levelling up.

Beta 3 of the rules dropped today!

Still no treasure cards AFAICS, sadly. I printed out a copy of the 1e Pathfinder Beginner Box treasure table to use in the meantime.

Oh my word they have a Donald Duck ancestry (kin in Dragonbane terms). That is amazing. I think I might have to get this.

Backed it right away after I read the quickstart. I have been involved in the playtest forum and it has been fun to tinker and comment on a game inprogress.
