Nope! It's an incomplete first draft from the Sins of the Scorpion Age design dump. I never got around to doing the Paragon Traits.

That said, there was no intention of doing Spring/Fall since the Nazzar are native to the SotSA setting, where there's really only the two seasons, culturally. Flooding and Dry, Summer and Winter.

And just as a public FYI for the Handbook of Heritages, while most of the heritages there intentionally aren't direct copies of 5e species, here's kind of a translation guide:

Therolian - Lets you create virtually any 'beastfolk' (animal head, humanoid body).
Maurashu - Catfolk, but a different take than a tabaxi.
Wroughtsoul - A living construct, such as a warforged
Jenn - Similar to genasi
Colossus - Quite goliath like
Star-Rover - Would be a way to make Gith
Mimicker - Changeling, shapeshifter
