Being able to both manually roll and automate means you could play a different game with it. Though all the automation will D&D based so it will be far better for D&D than any other game.

This looks really good. The assets and animations are very good.

I hope they can update / add rules quickly / easily.

I think it will be something that you CAN play other games in... but you really shouldn't. All the support and automation will be for D&D, so you would probably not have other sheets and stuff like that.

Ya, I think you could play other games, but why not use one of the VTTs that support those games?

This could be very bad for Shard (which I think only supports 5e right now).....
