It's probably because of Hasbro being taken over by Mattel. It's disrupted the schedules.

I for one am looking forward to Edgin showing up in the post credit scene of Barbie.

I looked into that, right now its just a deal, but they did say the doors are open to that in the future.

Whelp, they aren’t doing Magic and D&D together this year, the Magic team juat dropped their product schedule through to 2026, nothing about D&D though there is a Ravnica Clue coming along and aevwral thigna they talk abourncould make great D&D products:
