Cast Disguise Self, cast Friends, and get them to hate someone else?

Really, casting Friends should not create enemies.

Only a Sith deals in absolutes!

Seriously speaking, it really depends on the situation. Having said that, I don't understand why forcing someone to like you through magic is something most people would be happy to be the recipient of. I don't see it personally. If someone did that to me, I'd probably be pissed off at them, unless it was a happy coincidence and I wanted that too to begin with.

Just noticed that Chill Touch is a touch spell, and therefore no longer a ranged spell. But I also noticed one of the other UAs was that Toll the Dead was going to be included.

So I guess Chill Touch goes back to the spell it was before 5e (often combined with spectral hand), and the ranged necrotic spell is now Toll the Dead.

So to me the new freinds cantrip is more like they are just in a better mood or that you are able to put I a bit of extra charm. They don't know that you casted a spelland it's not like it imparts a slavish devotion just gives you a better chance of convincing them.

You can break it down further since we now have 3 cantrips that are in the necromancy school. 1 is a save DC, 1 a melee, and 1 is a Ranged, true the Ranged spell deals poison damage and not necrotic but its still close.

Shocking Grasp. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 Lightning damage and is Pushed 10 feet away from you.

For Push, Pull, and other force moves, I prefer a single technical term, such as "Propel".

Since it is Radiant damage, rather than Weapon damage, maybe the scaling d8 for any weapon.
That also needs to go, just add it as magical weapon damage of the same type.

Also we need some love for melee 2Handers, there should be a reward for not using a shield or ranged weapon.

Or even better,
at 5th level you deal additional base damage of the weapon,
at 11th level you deal two times additional base damage of the weapon,
at 17th level you deal three times additional base damage of the weapon,
