D&D (2024) I just got a 2024 PHB From Gen Con. AMA!

From what I've been able to see, the skills section is literally condensed down to a single table with each skill having a single line. For Stealth, it just says that you most often use Dexterity with it and that it's used for moving silently and hiding behind things.
Oh wow, that's terrible! Skill usage advice was already super lacking in 2014 version, and they somehow managed to make it worse! o_O

It sounds goofy to some I am
Sure but I was hoping for examples of skills use and different options for adjudication.

I hate to say I have been too concrete maybe but stealth and investigate have been a little lackluster for me…and group check I hope I am using well…

Rumor has it that skills will be addressed in the DMG.

So, I guess we all need to be prepared in a month or so for a lot of high-volume hand-wringing and pearl-clutching about "things that have been left out" that really haven't been left out but moved to the DMG. And when in a couple of months later all is revealed in the DMG, you can guarantee that no one who raised a ruckus over the situation will walk back their previous histrionics...

For Command spell specifically, I know that it's not a list of set verbs instead of any verb you want but have any other elements of the spell changed, specifically the requirement that the target has to understand your language?

Does the wording of Weapon Mastery allow to combine it with weapon cantrips like the Booming Blade, the Green-Flame Blade or the new True Strike?
