Oh I truly despise burpees.Good job. Pull ups are my nemesis right after burpies
If a form of exercise is capable of evil thought, it’s burpees. Whenever they get announced in a group class, I can feel the morale burstOh I truly despise burpees.
My sister once told me she didn't think I could do even 5 burpees, so I dropped and did 10 in the middle of the winery tasting room. Got some looks!
Well if you don’t eat you have no energy to exercise. I leaned that the hard way!One technique I picked up ages ago is eating a big meal before working out. I know it can be bad but I started doing it because I used to compete and it was always so difficult to balance food intake with having a settled stomach (so sometimes you would go to a match too hungry and suffer for it). So I just forced myself to eat and I found my stomach became more disciplined (and my stomach is pretty sensitive to boot)
That is true. I always had a weak stomach so I would eat two hours of more before exercise but for me that wasn’t enough (especially since I am a ‘hard gainer’ so eating right before proved helpful)Well if you don’t eat you have no energy to exercise. I leaned that the hard way!
I approach it like a hobbit and eat a small breakfast mainly consisting of carbs before going to the gym to give me energy to get through the workout and then have second breakfast more focused on protein when I get home from the gym. It’s worked for me pretty well. One technique I picked up ages ago is eating a big meal before working out.
