Thank you for this. A lot of these look like just adding a few words to clear up intent to me, which is great. Nice to see the change to Giant Insect though. I'll keep an ear to the ground to see if I hear any other changes.

It's not the first time this has happened. There was plenty of day 1 errata for OG 5e as well. And let's not get started on some of the prior editions and their errata ...

Did I miss OG 5e errata early on. I thought they refused to do errata for years and tried to just tweet it all away.

Yeah, there was some stuff they fixed early on - like unarmed strikes not being weapons.

that is why I said, they had done this for all editions, but now they had tools to prevent that, they had it 10 years ago also, but...

Meh. This stuff happens. I don't think it's worth getting your knickers in a twist over it.

it happens as they are religiously against PDFs, that is the only reason.

PDFs could have been in circulation for months now, together with Beyond access, then when you patch things up, you send it to print.

Errors aren't unique to WotC.

I know that, everyone does them, but they did have tools to prevent them or reduce them.
