D&D (2024) Are we going to see DMG previews?

The PHB was a “want” that gets you into the door and into WotCs ecosystem. The DMG is “required” by at least one player, so there’s less need to advertise for it - someone in the group has to buy it.

As I mentioned in the DMG thread advertising for the next product tends to come the week of or the week after the release of the current product as long as the gap between them is not massive.

Judging by the 2014 DMG, maybe, maybe not. You probably want the magic items, but the rest of the book is extremely optional.

Also, if I remember right, someone posted a similar thread asking when the PHB previews would start, and the previews began like 3 days later.

My FLGS made a Facebook post to tell everyone they had the new PHB sitting on shelves and then had a very long description that the book is a new (but not actually) new edition and tried to explain it.
To be fair, somehow all copies were gone when I went there today. Maybe they sold them on their eBay store?
