I really don't think it's worth it to bring comics into this, yeah. The writers aren't going to have read any of them, but they might pick single things that they saw on a wiki, so all you're doing is randomly shotgunning for potential spoilers.

No, no, it's much funnier the other way. Mephisto showing up in Daredevil to deliver a C&D letter about the whole "running around calling yourself a devil while wearing nothing but red" thing - and then manages to lose the resulting legal action when he's betrayed by all of the lawyers he's supposedly got in Heck. Winds up getting fired and replaced by the Red Guy from the old Cow & Chicken cartoon.

Just noting that there is a DD comic where he and Mephisto have a hawt make out session...

My headcanon prefers to believe that was actually HIM jerking around both Matt and Mephisto for the lols. No point in being a shapeshifter if you're not going to use it for pointless pranks in other folks' continuities.

I've had a hard time taking Mephisto seriously since that nonsense with MJ and Peter's marriage, if that wasn't already apparent. I'd blame that one on HIM too if Marvel hadn't been so very proud of the idea.

It likely won't ultimately matter much, because Disney Marvel just puts comic continuity in a blender.

I've watched all three episodes. It's kinda fun. Not wildly entertaining and definitely not profoundly emotional or thought-provoking. I'm invested enough to watch the next episode, but I don't really care about any of the characters. Production value is very high. Actors are good.

So standard current-period Marvel, thus far. Hopefully they step it up.

One thing I definitely do not give a crap about is whether or not Mephisto is involved, or any other easter eggs. Just give me a good story. Right now, it's an okay story without much stakes.

I would definitely like there to be more stuff that doesn't involve world or universe ending stakes. That's where stuff like Daredevil really shines.

I really enjoyed "She Hulk" and was sad it got cancelled.
