D&D (2024) Table of Contents for Dungeon Masters Guide Leaked

The new Dungeon Master's Guide has been sold at the MCM Comic Con in London UK this weekend, according to Reddit users Mr_Murdoc and Dusuno, and some material has been shared, including the Table of Contents. The book was officially on sale there, with D&D Beyond saying that "MCM Comic Con London attendees will be the first in the world to have an opportunity to purchase a physical copy of the 2024 Dungeon Master’s Guide!" 900 copies of the DMG were available for purchase at the convention.

I don’t see variant rules listed at all…
Yeah... I've had the sense for a while now that variant rules were more or less getting the axe in this DMG. I'm a little bummed, since I use a few (plus I was hoping to see some things like critical hit variants they toyed around with in the play test). But, I still think i's going to be a much better DMG than 2014--and it's my game so I can still do what ever I want!

I see pages for creating a creature and rules for NPCs, but I still don't know if this book has the robust monster creation rules or not. Every article and video I have found on the book doesn't mention their existence either way.
It does not, it was confirmed one of those videos.

Except @Parmandur says it doesn't have procedure to create dungeons either...that's highly disappointing for future generations of DMs. I guess they're just supposed to buy WotC adventure tripe and enjoy it.

Just checked my 2014 DMG and you are probably right. 2024 does seem to have more pages but the text size is probably larger and probably more art which would account for the higher page count. I was hoping for a little 'mini-gazetteer' of each of the major campaign settings but it's probably just rehashing all the inner planes/outer planes stuff that's already in the 2014 DMG. Hope I'm wrong though...
I mean, that could still be in there, at least blurbs like 2014.

See, if it doesn't have stuff in it that's useful for me, I'm not going to buy it. Curiosity isn't worth $50+ to me.

They were confirmed to be gone, yup.

There are two tavles: Dungeon Quirks and Dungeon State of Decay.

Thing is, they probably figure that there is ample advice on how to build maps out there, the Encounter and pacing guidelines should suffice for the rules part.
