Nor do I. I have been playing D&D for almost 40 years and I have never kept time records, strict or otherwise! I believe all of my campaigns have been meaningful. So I feel like I am not understanding the question. Care to clarify @Cordwainer Fish ?
My guess it’s a call back to 1e when Gygax swore up and down that it was the cornerstone of a successful campaign.

What does the Greyhawk section have to say about "Arn" (neé Blackmoor), which would be in the Greyhawk Gazatee under the Northern Flannaes?
Nothing more that I can see other than that it is the Archbarony of Arn, ruled by an unnamed Archbaron, and that it is a "Remote and little-known region located near a ruined castle with monster-filled dungeons."

Any big surprise inclusions in the Lore Glossary?
What would you consider a surprise? For me, it's mostly in the pronunciations. There's one or two that I hadn't heard of, but that make sense when you read them. How about the inclusion of Zagyg, who I will now forever associate with @Snarf Zagyg.

Thanks! Interesting, playing coy with the names in Blackmoor...

Fair question? Any references to Dark Sun, Mystara, or other off the wall Settings in the Lore Glossary? (Or elsewhere)

I can answer this. There’s a table titled “D&D Settings” that lists the following:

Dark Sun
Dragonlance
Eberron
Exandria
Forgotten Realms
Greyhawk
Planescape
Ravenloft
Ravnica
Spelljammer
Strixhaven
Theros

Hey, wow! Kind of surprised to see Exandria get listed again, though the Magic Settings make sense. Does thisntablenornsection say...like...anything about these?
