I am about to start the free Phalan part of Pools or radiance converted for Blades in the Dark. I've been wanting to do this since I first played pools of Radiance, and it seems a good fit for a fantasy hack of Blades in the Dark.
This was also published as Ruins of Adventure.

Slumbering Tsar; bit of a forgotten gem (IMHO) in the pantheon of excellent adventures. I've never run it, but I enjoyed exploring the wild lands surrounding the dungeon, which were pretty brutal!

The whole thing is brutal! I superimposed an interdimensional prison break trope over the top of it, and added a few helpers for the Bell (the Book and the Candle, the former a 100' diameter floating brain with ethereal tentacles that sings siren-songs, the latter a tiny flying fire-sprite explosion platform I stole from Clinton Boomer's blog), it was an absolute nightmare for my PCs. They loved it.

Sounds great!
It was a few years back, but our DM allowed us two characters each ( I had a half-orc cavalier and a tiefling bard) but we still got battered. “ Luckily,” one of the players was a power-gamer and his characters were so well-designed (aka broken) that we managed to get through, just!

How many players? I had seven (!) and they were up to their ears in problems. Only a couple of them were good min-maxers but they struggled a bit.

I only have a couple, but I have plans to get to one of them.

A series I'd love to run but I don't know if I'll ever get to is the Illithid Monstrous Arcana trilogy from 2nd Edition: A Darkness Gathering, Masters of the Eternal Night, and Dawn of the Overmind. I'd even love to convert them to and run them in DCC.
