What's The Next Big Pop Cultural Push?

What do you think?

In television, I think we are already in the start-to-middle of a couple of phenomena:

1) Adaptations of extant books/comics/media: while there's always been some of this, there's a lot of it going on.
2) Non-police criminal investigation: Because cops aren't popular, but little old ladies investigating crime sells.

While I think some folks will want to see jingoistic military entertainment take off, I don't know that there's a lot of audience appetite for it right now.

IDK, cops always seem to be popular. Take anything, I mean anything, and make a police procedural out of it and you will get at least 3 seasons.

These are still definitely popular. Those are kind of evergreen

Also sometimes things are counter-intuitive. You can have cultural movements swinging one way and entertainment another. I could see something like Dirty Harry taking off again for example (not sure it would hit Marvel like levels)
