Wait which Mystique is that? J-Law or Rebecca Romjin? Presumably the latter?

EDIT - Ah the video shows it is the latter.

I’m slightly surprised about some exclusions - mainly Benedict Cumberbatch, Benedict Wong, Brie Larson, Chris Pratt, Don Cheadle, Evangeline Lilly, Iman Vellani, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Tatiana Maslany, and Teyonah Parris. Most of those have been in post-credit scenes or in concept art (Pratt, Ruffalo, and Vellani have been particularly prominent there).
Yeah it's definitely not the ones I was expecting. Interesting that basically all of the Thunderbolts are there. Didn't expect that.

Sure, you can’t have everyone, but some exclusions - given some inclusions - are weird. I can’t see how you go to Kelsey Grammer and X-Men* without Teyonah Parris.
Why Parris specifically? Does her character have some kind of power that links to them?

WW84? I can't actually say if he was bad because everything about that movie was so bad I can't separate it in my memory.
He was basically playing a 1980s nighttime soap opera evil tycoon, dropped into a pretty generic superhero movie.

I thought he and Kristen Wiig made the best of things in a movie with a terrible script. I certainly wouldn't have had Max Lord be quite as goofy as he was played -- I think Max is a lot more effective when he's a vaguely sleazy but undeniably charismatic motivational speaker type, like Tony Robbins -- but Pascal's portrayal reads, to me, like he was taking direction in the role.

*On the other hand it’d be a great fake out if Cummings, Grammer, Marsden, McKellen, and Stewart were playing completely different people.
I think they probably just ran out of chairs and expected the audience to run out of patience for the trailer. I would assume 99% of those people are in.

I agree with the earlier post. Way 2 many characters in 1 movie

I would have loved to see daredevil in this. Would love a serious daredevil movie (maybe 1 of the classics turned into a movie

This basically seems like a gateway plot to get everyone into the same universe but is doom the same 1 from the comics where he knows the f4?

Im happy Daredevil isn't in this hot mess.
Daredevil remains and shall forever be the BEST Marvel tv show ever, (okay, may including Legion) hopefully they don't screw it up now that Disney owns it.

At the end of The Marvels, Monica was transported to the universe of the X-Men where she met Grammer as McCoy (and her mother as that world’s Binary).

Ahhhhhh I never finished watching that! That makes sense!

(Monica Rambeau was always the "real" Captain Marvel to me, as I grew up on Secret Wars - which, frankly, there's another reason she should be in it - she's the "right" Captain Marvel for the original (good) Secret Wars (not the inferior 2010s Secret Wars)).

We don't know.

From what we can tell, the FF are not from the core movie universe - they come from a different timeline, and come into the core as part of their film.

We don't know the relationship between Doom and that FF. The FF movie is vs. Galactus, not Doom, so... shrug?
