I am surprised I am still excited for Daggerheart

I agree on this.

I got interested in Daggerheart for the most "shallow" of reasons after all: Playable Faun as a core ancestry, with good art for it.

They hooked me with the 'look' of the beta cards. They have halfway reeled me in with the beta rules. What I see in the final rules will determine if they make a catch or not. :)

It was the fairies and goblins that did it for me. :D

See, I like Daggerheart IN SPITE of those creative choices.

I’m really suprised they aren’t hyping this at all. Matt’s doing pathfinder while Sam is running a mini exandria campaign and they were at conventions recently.
Is there a discord channel? YouTube basically nothing which just seems odd

We know they have a Daggerheart mini-series coming. Matt leaked it early. We just don't know when. I assume they are going to try and time it around the release next month.

I do wish there was MORE though. Get the DND youtubers advance copies so they can make preview videos like DND 2024 did.

They may but have embargoes. Release is still over a month away.

Daggerheart Age of Umbra miniseries starts on May 29 from what I’ve heard. So nine days after the pre-order release and five days before the official street date.

Promos are starting to drop. Here's a look at some of the Adversaries:

(from Exclusive: DnD rival Daggerheart features some nightmarish high-tier adversaries)

Folks have pointed out that there's a lot of neat design tricks for these higher-level monsters, like the Demon of Hubris having Double or Nothing, allowing a PC to reroll their Fear die. Not only does it give some stakes to the reroll, but if it successful, chances are the PC will Succeed with Fear, giving the GM a Fear token to allow the monsters to act or use special abilities.

Thanks for the heads up.

I like those designs a lot.
