Just sent a trade email to Noble Knight about it, should probably get almost twice what I paid for the original item I was supposed to get.

I've heard milk doesn't actually help. I like spicy but I don't go so hot I can't handle it so I haven't needed milk. Most times I'll eat bread or chips.

Milk helps emulsify the capsaicin off the tongue pretty quickly, so it does help…in the short term.

Bread works similarly, directly lifting the capsaicin off the tongue as it adheres like tape.

At some point in the past week, my body has decided that it's become acclimated to getting only about five or six hours of sleep a night, and I am not nearly as tired as I should be right now. I should have been in bed an hour ago.

Driving around this month, I’m seeing signs for Priscilla Vigilante.

One of the potential nominees for pope is apparently an Italian Cardinal named Pierbattista Pizzaballa. If you wrote a book and named an Italian character that you'd be mocked to the end of the world.
