Old Lady Gamer

Flgs are always an experience. 1/2 the time I walk into mine just hoping there’s new stuff dodging warhammer/mtg players

Probably close to the same age bracket

RPGs will soon be listed as activities found at senior citizen rec centres and retirement villas. Cause honestly, who plays whist anymore? 😂
I have been planting the seed to my friends for a decade and a half of getting retirement housing in the same development so we could still get together for RPGs and boardgames and family dinners and just being social. It started in a joking way, once once they were comfortable with the idea existing I admitted that I was really pushing for it. We've had some "what if" discussions, like what state would we want to live in (we're in the US) and stuff. Nothing concrete yet, but we've still got a decade until retirement.

For me it’s that travolta meme from pulp fiction where’s he’s looking around. I like to to support them even when prices are higher plus sometimes there’s thing you miss even when online shopping
I don't play the elf game, the expensive cards game, or the space nazi figurine game, so most game stores treat me like I don't exist. I may as well return the courtesy.
