When my daughter was born in 2023, I was showing her photo to some guys at work, and one of them said, "Oh, is that your granddaughter?" And I instantly grew 30 years older and felt my knees and back pop and my teeth fall out.

I feel ya. My oldest is 34. The youngest is 9. At the youngest's soccer games, I'm almost twice as old as the other parents lol. A couple thought I was grandpa.
