Where do you get this from? Especially the infiltrators? And though the T1000 in T2 was compelled to follow orders, that didn't stop it from getting creative with them. Following orders doesn't obviate free will.

Terminator wiki.

Apparently they end up cutting a peace deal with skynet in the expanded terminator EU.

Is that based in something? Or just fan-fiction?
Terminator has no canon hierarchy (unlike Star Trek or Star Wars) and a lot of contradictory "canon", so there's a lot of picking and choosing and really flatly contradictory material on the Wiki (I know from research some Terminator-related stuff a year or so ago), particularly from comic books and the like which are often no better than fan fiction.

In an effort to steer the conversation back to Star Wars, let's not forget Dr Evezan's special project: the Decraniated!

We were shown glimpses of these pitiful cyborgs in both Rogue One and Solo, but the truth of their sorry state of existence was revealed in books.

Evazan's work is nothing short of a nightmare. His Decraniation process strips a subject of all free will, turning them into living droids carrying out the whims of their owners. It is a crime far worse than slavery, for at least slaves can be freed. The only freedom that awaits the Decraniated is the release of death.

That's why he has death mark in however many planets.
He did something similar in legends.

Well this is what good Star Wars is. Rogue Ones well regarded.

Disney can do it they just made a few mistakes.
The thing I fins interestibng is it seems a lot of people don't grasp that different shows are made for different primary audiences as Star Wars spans generations.

Skeleton Crew and The Acolyte were aimed at the kids.
Book of Boba Fett and Obi Wan were nostalgia vehicles for the people who were kids when the original trilogy came out.
Ahsoka and The Madalorian are aimed heavily at the second-generation fans of the Clone Wars/animated series and Extended Universe books.
Andor was aimed at the "adult" market who wanted to see the grittier side of Star Wars.

Instead there's tons of rage posting because everything isn't aimed directly at them. I guess that's just the narcissism enhanced by social media.

Kinda. I liked the show based on quality doesn't have to be aimed directly at me.

Acolyte and Skeleton crew was good.
