For me, I've seen too many duplicates of Marvel, DC, Star Wars, Star Trek and James Bond to care, be engaged or be marvelled anymore. These shows are not for me, they are for the new 12 to 25 years old generation.

I definitely have some run of the mill fatigue myself. Though I’m a hopeless optimist that a change is right around the corner. I was getting bored of supers flicks but Gunn nailed Guardians an unlikely hit. So I had hoped Superman would have been something new but it was run if the mill. Like everybody else, I’ll catch whatever is next via stream of course.

Not only is there a sequel, there are basically two of them:

• Supergirl in summer 2026
• And then Superman: Man of Tomorrow in 2027

And Peacemaker, season two, which I haven't seen yet, so no one go nuts with spoilers, apparently also leads directly into the second Superman movie.

We're reactivating HBO when A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms starts. We've got a backlog of great stuff to watch. (As opposed to Disney+, which has Andor, and I think that's it, to catch up on.)

From what I saw in Peacemaker, I don't think he is. Peacemaker has hinted that this will not be a Superman movie. And it's not the site - this has been widely reported as he said it in the wild.
