I'm loving this and this is exactly pertinent to why I want to explore high level play as I intend the campaign to delve into the cosmology of the multiverse and omniverse and find a way to marry this content with planescape with the dimensions and realities of BECMI with ideas of my own etc.
They've already encountered The Bleed, a mysterious plane which connects different realities - which saw them travel from Mystara to the Forgotten Realms multiverse. The Old Ones of Mystara did not all agree which saw a few of them create different realities, hence the similarities in creatures and names etc.

Glad you like it buddy. This ain't just some slapdash cosmology (and of course I only showed the lower 6 dimensions) so much thought out into it.

Well Barzakh could double as the Plane of Nightmares in the BECMI Material...it's literally the Plane of Fear, the Cythrauls, are temporal vampires. Coincidentally I was watching Stranger Things last night and just kept thinking the Upside Down is basically Barzakh as well.

Blackballs come from Byss - I explain why they kidnap beings who reach Greater power, relinquish that power and attain it again.

You can always just swap the Elemental Chaos/Astral Sea for the Great Wheel - if you have to.

The Bleed could be some creepy parallel to Hyperspace or indeed Hyperspace itself.

The higher dimensions have the tunnels of Set, which are deadly places that lead to Chesed, which is the Dark Multiverse (for want of a better term).

The Old Ones of Mystara did not all agree which saw a few of them create different realities, hence the similarities in creatures and names etc.

The beauty of D&D is you can always pick and choose what bits you want.

The Ego wall seems pretty similar to the source wall. Love the idea of adventurers hunting down a being only to find them already trapped within the barrier

Edit: Unrelated, but i wondered if there are epic poisons. Perhaps powdered time that when inhaled rapidly aged you, or threw you into the past. To specify, i dont mean the super and ultra poison damage types.
