Hey U_K! This is a bit out of left field, but what DR would a party have to be to have a reasonable chance against the Blokkat Empire from Stellaris: Gigastructural Engineering? As a rough scaling guide, the Blokkats plan to absorb all magic/energy in a universe roughly comparable to the real life universe, so I would assume DR 15 at the very least.
