Hey U_K! This is a bit out of left field, but what DR would a party have to be to have a reasonable chance against the Blokkat Empire from Stellaris: Gigastructural Engineering? As a rough scaling guide, the Blokkats plan to absorb all magic/energy in a universe roughly comparable to the real life universe, so I would assume DR 15 at the very least.

Interesting the Observable Universe in my system is everything within the Time Barrier (single Timeline). So "plans" to absorb all magic/energy clearly means they don't have the power to personally do that, which likely means some goal attainable, but somewhat beyond them - such as my Overcasting Magic Rules which let you cast spells up to 6 levels higher than normal.

Universal "Spells" are around Level 30/31. Which means maybe theya re capable of Level 25 spells currently, which means they are roughly divine rank 15-16...so good guess Arcanist.

Took a few days off the Boon Chapter progress to finish the new Godsrealm Generator (and accompanying Gods-lair section). Which lets you build a Godsrealm and Lair (for PCs or NPC Adventures) with a half a dozen die rolls (or so). I'm itching to build some Realms and Lairs with the new system - but just don't have time to dilly-dally...too much to do.

You should be looking at approx. 2.25 per Divine Rank above Epic Levels. The .25 is potential magic item increases.

I have giants plotted up to 5 or 6 dimensional beings. Offhand cannot remember exactly which. I also made Anakim giants instead of Abominations.

Currently the classic Gigantes, are pegged as Feywild-linked, which seems to make sense to me but that might change as they are adversaries of the gods.

I also have simple Templates for Giant Chief, Giant King and a few others up to Primordial Being. So you can just take a basic Fire Giant and from that build Surtur in a few minutes.
