D&D General Wildly Diverse "Circus Troupe" Adventuring Parties

Read it? Yes of course Tolkien mistrusts the powerful. The thing that makes Gandalf and Galadriel good people is that they distrust themselves. And of course that is the whole reason Gandalf cannot take the ring to Mordor himself. The whole book is about how important the contribution of ordinary people with little strength, skill or special abilities is, working through his trauma from WWI.
You are, of course, right.

Well I personally play a lot of Halflings .... and I am part of all of "ECMO3's groups". It is probably my favorite race or maybe Human is, but it is top 2 for me personally.

I don't see a lot of other people I play with who play Halflings though and it is one of the rarest PHB races overall in games I have played, which include a lot of different groups. Aasimar and Tieflings are rare too.
Hmmmm…it’s been a hot minute since I’ve played a halfling. I’ve statted out significantly more than I’ve played, TBH.

This thread has got me thinking about the demographics of the different groups I’ve been in (or ran for) since 2000.

CAST? What's that?
It's a human size/shape robot with a hard shell, like a Star Wars droid. All the advantages of a digital mind and mechanical combat chassis, but No Can Magic. (Unless the Yes Can Magic rule is being used; player didn't want it.)

Like the musk cat, it's from Phantasy Star.
