How did you and yours fair? This weather system started out there.

If I do have to go out I have car supplied just in case. It has all wheel drive which I hope might give me more stability if I need it.

We’re just hunkering down. But in all honesty, we haven’t gotten much of it yet. The worst of it is supposed to hit tonight.

The power blinked so I guess it's starting. The temp outside is just above freezing. It's windy also. Wind could dry things but it could also cause tree limbs to break.

I get it, to our friends up north they're probably laughing. But down here we don't have the infrastructure to handle ice like what they're predicting. Last night I saw power and tree company trucks from other areas at local motels. Hopefully, we won't need them all.
