I'm OK with Cthulhu being killable - they do kill him in the first story - but not really. Just "defeatable". He goes back to sleep.
"his ears were pale, and at the tops extremely pointed"D&D did not come up with the design of Vampires having pointed ears
Eh, rakasta and tabaxi are pretty different, as are the leonin. That said, rakasta don't have much to distinguish them, mechanically. They can easily be made with the Tasha's custom ancestry rules.THE Lupin from Mystara finally makes it's leap to 5e, joining tortles and rakasta(tabaxi) in the "species I can't find a DM who will let me play one" list!
This isn't the final page. There's a typo in the page spread, lol.
Back when Dragon+ was a thing, they said in an article that tabaxi were originally going to be an updated hybrid of Mystara rakasta and Faerun tabaxi since both were mostly obscure cat races. They kept the tabaxi name as it was less likely to be confused for raksashas.Eh, rakasta and tabaxi are pretty different, as are the leonin. Sure. I guess we’ll see if they actually do anything like that. No, but retcons can be reverted.
They kind of were already doing that since Theros.Yeah yeah. Hope springs eternal. It looks like the level 1 feat is gonna be the "campaign customization slot".
I would bet against that, actually: it may cover similar areas, but it is probably formatted differently, similar to Forge of the Artificer.Sure but I bet a good chunk of it will be verbatim copied over from Van Richten’s, like the descriptions of the domains and such.
Well, I sure hope it is bigger than FotA. That book's content is great but it was a real missed opportunity. There was so much more they could have included in that book.I would bet against that, actually: it may cover similar areas, but it is probably formatted differently, similar to Forge of the Artificer.
