And then brought him back 4 episodes in

Can someone tell the people who've been in charge of Star Wars the last decade or so that?

Kathleen Kennedy, for better or worse, is out and Dave Filoni, for better or worse, is in charge now so that telling Kennedy strikes me as closing the stable door after the horse has bolted!

It'll be interesting to see if Filoni, who I feel understands fandom and fans, understands this issue better. I suspect he will but counterbalancing that I suspect he's kind of in the process of vanishing up his own arse creatively so I'm not sure it'll result in better work, just fewer knee jerk cancellations. Also there's no way Filoni would have greenlit Andor, absolutely none, whereas Kennedy did so that is a thing to consider.
