Incorrect. See the FAQ here. Unless it's specifically called out (like Intense Spells from Evocation), Empower increases the static modifiers also.

Disable Device is Dex based, so Cosmopolitan doesn't work.

Oracles don't prepare spells at all; they're spontaneous casters, just like a sorcerer. They can cast any spell they know as long as they haven't used all their spells per day for the respective level.

Anybody can find magical traps in Pathfinder. Trapfinding or a similar ability is required to disable them. That said, here's two more: Urban Ranger archetype (Advanced Player's Guide) Seeker archetype (Pathfinder Society Field Guide)

A couple problems you may not have thought of: 1) What about spells with significant material costs, such as Stoneskin? 2) Any spell a wizard wants to add to his spellbook other than the 2 at every level up costs money to write. This will very quickly eat through the 100g/character level...
