From the booth volunteer FAQ I'm preparing:
The ceremony will be held Friday, August 19 at 9:00 PM at the Indiana Roof Ballroom.
The Indiana Roof Ballroom is located downtown Indianapolis next to the Embassy Suites Hotel and across from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The Ballroom’s main entrance is located on Washington Street under the Indiana Repertory Theatre’s Marquee. There is a Ballroom entrance located on the 7th floor of the Embassy Suites parking garage as well.

And in case it will help anyone, I'm attaching a photograph of the building it's in. You can't see it in the photograph, but the Embassy is off to the right, outside the frame. The picture was taken by someone standing on the sidewalk of the Hyatt across the street.
