First Post
What I would like to see people start to post is a detailed description of the new nations. I will start with some of the ones I've been thinking of.

Malkavia: Malkavia built itself out of the ruins of Kyto's great empire. Using geurilla tactics, they conquered and re-emforced a barbarian captured town and built out of it a powerful city state. The city has expanded in many aspects, easily being the strongest nation yet to be seen in the world, though their continued success has to be attributed to the protective storm cloud that fended of the invading demons. While the city has no care for terretorial expansion, it has become a major leader in world wide trade and was the first nation to establish a world map.

Gormel: The people of Gormel used to be fearful and weak. The worshipped the god of death in the hopes that the afterlife would be more pleasant than the world they currently lived in. This all changed when they stumbled across the egg of one of the most ancient and forgotten races, the dragon. Raising these powerful creatures, the people developted strong forces of dragon riders who invaded many neighboring states. The occupied a tip of the northern continent Balsment and their empire expanded until they found a mountain that cut them off entirely from the mainland. Inhabited by powerful warriors who used the tunnels in the mountains as protection, these beings halted the advancement of the Gormel. The land that makes up the dragon nation varies from forest, hills and plains and the people live relativly peaceful lives, since there was only one border that needed to be protected. Even with better lives and good wealth, the people remain loyal to the god who brought them comfort during hard times and still worship the god of death.

First Post
Anlan: A powerful Feudal kingdom, oweing allegiance to a vampire emperor. At the top of the hierarchy mages and sentient undead vie for power, with liches quickly becoming the ruling cast. At the bottom are living serfs and mindless undead slaves. The Kingdom is corrupt and full of avarice, the upperclass bleeding dry the resources at their disposal to live in as much luxury as possible. Expansion is slow, as they are not truly war mongerers. They prefere to take advantage of what they've already conquered. But as conquered resources run dry...expansion is slow but steady.
Anlan survived the war not merely through strength of arms (or should we say strength of numbers of mindless undead) but also through cunning. They actually sided with the demons on many instances, ceding to them parts of state and parts of bordering states. They then flipflopped back on the side of humans when the demons started getting pushed back. This lent them much distrust from their human neighbors, but with them virtually untouched by the war when compared to their blood drenched and agonied neighbors, who could do anything about it?

The Barbarians

Barbarian tribes constitute a greater total populace than the settled peoples. They are scattered, divided, and truth be told each tribe is as different from the next as air and water. Some tribes have obtained the secret of boom powder, others haven't. Some tribes refuse to adopt the technology on religious grounds. Some tribes are strong enough to conquer civilized nations, others amount to merely large gangs of bandits.

During the war, many tribes were wiped out completely. Large tribes were reduced to small ones, some fought alongside the demons, and others rose to dominance over large stretches of territory by conquering both the demons and the defectors.

Prime II (The Planet)

Initial History
Prime II is the second planet in the primary system with 2 suns. Its first real moment of activity was when Moss moved there after the destruction of Prime I at the hands of Jemal following the First God Wars. He created the Vinemen to protect it and keep it safe. At the behest of the Godling Shara he accepted the Aelves that were saved from the destruction if Prime I by a Phaenix. The Phaenix transported the Aleves, Plantae, and Animals there and looked to Moss for acceptance and they were greeted favorably.

Geography
Continents:
  • Crosshaun (Northern most - completely Frozen)
  • Crath (WesternContinent)
  • Mhroth (Eastern Continent)
This world is seperated into three continents; the northernmost continent, furthest from the sun and enternally frozen. The second and third continents are directly opposite eachother, on opposing sides of the planet, with a thin, long land bridge running along the equater to connect an eastern coast to a western coast.

This pair of twin of continents has already felt Moss's gift, and are covered in forest at the northern and southern reaches, forming seamlessly into a sharp jungle along and near the equater.

There were 8 major cities found on both continents. The first continent Crath, had the following major cities Floris, Aerelion, Sharwood, Bathenspur, Illithiur, and Ghaels. The Second Contient, Mhroth had the following major cities: Maelefbaern, Faersius, Lhaswood.
The capital of the Aelven peoples on Pirme II was on the third continent in the city of Maelefbaern. From there all governement was directed and edicts were handed down.
There was major city on the coast of each city, and the capital for the continent in the center.

Pre-War History
The human wizard Melkoff created Portals to all planets and his second in charge Saloden, working for the Efreeti Lord Ahvison, corrupts the portal system giving them control. The desired result was the invasion and destruction of Jo'Karr's Forge located in the asteroid field on the Prime that was formerly Prime I. The Fiends pursued invasion if the Forge as well as the rest of the civilzed world. No planet was left unmarred by the Fiends.

The First War on Prime II
Prime II knew silence for millenia before the Fiends invaded and and a massive war ensued resulting in the death of the Great King Maelef at the hands of 'The Fiend'. As a result of his death The Great King turned into a Half-Fiend and Half Undead creatrure that bore down its great slaying moan to slay mortals and immortals alike. The Great King found its true peace at the hands of the Godling Jo'karr.

A creature called the Cyst found its way from the 'Place that Isn'te due to Melkoff'f tortured soul verging on the madness and pain that might be found in the 'Place the Isn't'. It was attracted by this and found its way to the portal system and invaded Prime II slayng many, including all of the Avengers. It took the interference of the Godling NOS to drive it back.

The First War on Prime II saw the deaths of every type of creature known in existence at that time, almost even the Godling Jo'Karr. The formerly tranquil and green country sides are now found mostly burned and destroyed the formerly great Aelven nations are now but scattered city states struggling to recover from planet wide devastation. The humans brought help to quickly allow the Aelves to recover from the devastation of the First War on Prime II.

The war on Prime II eventually involved the folowing entities:
Mortals: Aelves, Humans, dinosaurs
Immortals: Undead, Fiends, Phaenix, Jo'karrs mechanized creations and Jo'Karr's Angels,
Involved heros: Tensok (Lycanthrope - Progeny of Tocho), Alyssa (Human - Progeny of Albedo), Albedo (Human - Progeny of Albedo), Eldelon the Seer of the Divine (Aelv), teh Great King Maelef (Aelv), Korbin (Human - Mage), The Fiend, The Fiend (Resurrected), Commander Grenn (Human, Malkavian)
Involved Godlings: Yuneki, NOS, Shara, Jo'karr, Alexandra, Jemal

Fall out from the First War
The ages-long anti-Human sentiments die hard in this era of Aelven history. Diplomats are sent to the Aelven lands from Malkavia bringing supplies, aid and support as the Aelven people rebuilds its planet. Princess Quaeress of the ruling monoarchy acts as the peoples embassador. Arrangements go well and she ends up marrying a human. With the marriage, and the invasion of Humans and their supplies there is revolt.

Anti-Humans flee to Crath and Pro-Humans fell to Mhroth. With the mass exodus from one continent to the other and civil unreast, civil wars break out and there is some violence. In the confusion of the time Prince Rhaether flees to Crath to rule its people and declares Crath as a sovereign nation in the wake of the assassination of their beloved Queen Chaerys.

While at court Prince Albaedi falls in love with and marries Queen Feryal of Ilen and he devotes himeself to the Godlings and his Wife. the former Prince and now King Raether found himself blind and unable to walk following a hunting accident.

Aelves, The Second Mortal Race of Creation

Creation of Aelves
The Second Mortal Borne race, the Aelvs, were created from one of the Watchers that were designated to be the Guardians of the Children of Moss. Shara grants it a will of its own, similar to that of the humans, and that they will be children of the forest and animals, and its keepers. Shara grants to them some of her wisdom and grants them the will to watch over the Plantae and Beasts, and Magic. Warring when needed to keep the balance and protect it.

The Aelves live in harmony with the Beasts and Plantae, taking what they need and replacing what they take. They went forth in small numbers to learn magic (arcane and divine) and take it back to their hidden forest homes. They spent countless millenia practicing and waiting for the Humans to come to them for war.

Shara planted the seeds in their beings to serve Moss, Selanial, and Shara first, then U-Do, Tocho, and Toranna. She also plants the seed to encourage combatting those of Endovior and Jemal.

Aelven Culture
The Aelves worked hard and created an empire forged in magic, nature, and war. The ffolk practiced the magical arts and combat so that they could destroy the Humans when they brought war to them. They engaged in successful trade and crafts of various sorts. They lived in constant harmony with the Plantae and Animals. In their off time they practiced many different professions: arts, crafts, smithing as well as the more acedemic and scholarly paths. Most Aelves will pick one way in which they will serve their people and spend their life in pursuit of perfecting it. The ffolk have a great apprection for a well made item. They even more desire a functional item that is also beautiful to behold. Woe is it to give a functional yet unadorned item. The beauty of the item should be reflected in its appearance as well as its funtionality. If it is worth making its is worth making masterpiece. Why waste your time working if you will not create it in the best way that you can.

Aelves pursue perfection in mind, body, and craft and have hundreds, if not thousands of years to pursue that goal. They will look down upon those that do not pursue their life in a similar manner. Taking shortcuts when making something or not decorating it is an great insult and shows lack of dedication and/ or knowledge in their craft. Creating an item is not just something you do. It is an exercise in self exploration, self expression, ans self mastery. Every piece is forged in the blood sweat and tears of its crafter. Aelves feel and think long and hard before they crafts something to ensure that the item will be beautiful and functional. Each item is an expression of the artists self and craft.

Aelves by their nature are lawful and Good, with some swaying to Chaos and Neutrality. The Aelves live to better their peoples lives working hard and playing hard. They take living in harmony with nature and their chosen professions quite seriously. They have a stalwart dedication to their Nature, Profession, Family, People, City, Country, and Ruling Soveriegn. They have spent millenia living their life in a miltary fashion waiting for the inevitable Human invasion. Respect for authority and the wisdom of their elders is very ingrained into each and every Aelv as they are growing up.

Procreation and Courting
Aelves prefer other Aelves as mates. It is rare if they choose a non-Aelv mate. The Offspring will generally be Aelven as the Blood of the Aleves runs true and strong. When mating with Humans their is a 48% chance that the offspring will be Human or Elf. The other 4% of hte time the off-spring will be Half-Aelven and will enbody the best of both races almost to the point of being superior to the either parent races. Half-Aleves are rare and Aelves mating with non-Aelves is even rarer an occurrence.

Angels:

The angels live on Zhyreus, a paradise plane, originally created the Shara. When the angels left the mortal plane, they did so for good, never to fight for the other mortal peoples who failed to cooperate and coexist with each other. They moved their metropolis from the relocated Forge of Alexandra, which serves as their capital building, onto the plane itself and began expanding it. Between interconnected metropoli are grand lakes, forests, and fields of green grass under a perpetually blue sky. Angel technology is millennia in advance of any other race on any plane, both the pure technology and magic-driven technology at their disposal was created by Jo'Karr and perfected during the second Ragnarok War, and then redistributed for civilian life. The armies of the angels still drill and prepare frequently, maintaining constant readiness in case of demon, reaver, or divine intervention on their adopted home. Shrines to their leader Alexandra, to their adopted goddess Shara, and to their fallen creator Jo'Karr can be found in every home, and many larger temples have been erected in their honor. Many also keep shrines or worship at temples devoted to Jo'Karr's ally Jemal, as well as Traume and Yuneki.
