How exactly would you want the three colors together? I'd assume vertical strips, equal in size, sewn together.
For the chain mail, this would be an addition to the bag, not actually part of the body of the bag, correct? In other words, it would be attached to the outside of the leather, not "leather, chain mail, leather" correct? On the chain mail itself, I think I understand the pattern part, what size links would you want?
Grommetted, monogrammed and hard circular bottom- no problems there.

Correct on all accounts. Vertical strips of leather. Since there are three colors, soemthing like two strips of each. The chain mail would be an add on, not an actual part of it, yes. Think of it as chain over leather armor. The size of links, I dunno, the smaller the better though. You are dead on for the colors. Don't forget the pockets.

Also, I am a walking advertisement, I wont promise anything, but I regualrly associate with over 80+ gamers. I will try to drum up some business.

As far as pockets go, I am thinking a couple of loops, like they have on the inside of day planners would be better for what I want, and possibly easier to do. Being in PM I am sure you have some Franklin Covey memorabilia laying around somewhere.

Also, as far as monogramming oges, what are the requirements? Does it have to be letters or can it be more symbolic?

That's a good idea, a lot simpler that what we were envisioning. We might even include a mech pencil that fits it.....hmmm.

I just sent you my "concept" drawing but I forgot to include the chainmail skirt/neck piece, if you need me to modify it, lemme know.

Hey that's a lot better than I would've done if I worked on it for an hour!

One question; are you wanting the top cuff to be a different color as the drawing shows (gray)? Or should the strips go up all the way?

Whatever works for you is Kool and the Gang with me. I couldnt really decide so I left it gray, that is for you to decide, I will be happy either way.

Trick this puppy out, I liked the ideas of the beads and whatnot on the drawstrings.

I don't particularly care for any smell over another, it's all good with me.
