I haven't touched my creature request thread in a while but I wanted to post something different.

This is a creature from my campaign world "Uldron". It is called a parasitic shadow. It essentially usurps a creature's normal shadow and slowly feeds of the creature's life energies. However it also gives it's host bursts of extra strength and limited supernatural enhancements. This causes the host to grow addicted to the new powers and prevents them from trying to rid themselves of the parasitic shadow before it's too late.

I know the lantern looks odd. On Uldron, humans use a lot of bio-organic devices. This common lantern is filled with a liquid containing engineered bio-luminescent bacteria.

Here's another creature from my campaign world. It's a beholder variant called a Gyre. They are animalistic, wheel shaped beholders bred to serve as watchdogs. They are affectionately nick named donut-hole-ders.
