[sblock=ooc]Gotcha. Just as well, since I have to lie to him next turn anyway.

Alexia, your connection with the elemental has opened up the use of Diplomacy and Bluff. Only one success (in Skill Challenge 1) can be gained from Diplomacy and Bluff (each).

Already used Diplomacy, so guess what's next.[/sblock]

[sblock=OOC] Yes, we are waiting on Garrick. If he doesn't act by the end of the day, could you NPC him DMDanW? [/sblock]

[sblock=DM]
Kal, Otakkun was on earlier today and didn't post here so I'd suggest NPC'ing him to keep it moving. After all, I'm finally catching up to the post count here :p

As the fire continues to burn garrick realises that if they do not do something soon the entire train will be engulfed in flames. He quickly pulls his bedroll out of his bag of holding and attempts to extinguish the flames by beating the life out of them.

[sblock=Mechanics]
Take 2 fire damage; now at 22 hit points.
Minor Action = get bedroll out of bag of holding
Move Action = move to closest burning area; N8 or N12 perhaps - wherever is applicable Kal.
Standard Action = Try and beat the life out of the fire; Athletics Check? 1d20+2=22 - a natural 20.....fantastic...that's the first natural 20 IC ever gave me and it happens while rolling a skill check for another character....

[sblock=Garricks' Turn] I hate it when that happens, lol. At least it was a success towards Skill Challenge 2 for you though. I was kinda hoping you guys would forget about SC 2, cause then I'd get to have a WHOLE bunch of fun, muahahahaha! But alas you didn't. Oh well! Anywho, I'm outta time for today, so I'll post the BGs turns in the morning and we'll move on to round 5! [/sblock]

[sblock=wierd] I checked the thread yesturday and saw no updates. Plain wierd. Btw, thanks for the n20! I couldn't have done it better :D[/sblock]

Garrick's actions are performed expertly and it stunts the spread of the fire on his side of the cabin.

[sblock=Skill Challenges]

SC1: 3 of 6 successes, 0 of 3 failures

SC2: 1 of 6 successes, 1 of 3 failures

---- Round 5 ----

Feeling cornered and desperate, Tracker shifts into a more humanoid form, though he is still covered with a coat of metallic fur and his facial features are more bestial. He quickly snaps the leather cord hanging around his neck and jams the control rod into the elemental cart's controls. He quickly jerks the controls to the side and finds himself beyond his powerful enemies reach.

"You will NEVER reach Daskaran!"

Tracker aims the mounted cannon at the elemental cart that Gurdan and Lo-Kag are standing on and he pulls the trigger. A blast of elemental energy flows through Gurdan and Lo-Kag but do no harm. Breathing a sigh of relief, it isn't until they feel the splintering of wood all around them that they realize that the elemental cart beneath their feet has been utterly destroyed.

Everything seems to move in slow motion as Lo-Kag's reflexes kick into action. Spinning his body around, Lo-Kag manages to grasp the edge of cabin with one clawed hand. His body flaps in the wind of steady movement as the lightning rail barrels onward.

Looking back, Lo-Kag can see an unfortunate Gurdan fall to the ground. The sound of crunching bones can be heard even above the cacophony of the battle and his body cartwheels along the grassy earth towards the back of the train. Lo-Kag can hear Tracker laughing and taunting his dwarven friend.

"Hahaha! Look at that, a dwarven boulder! Don't look now, dragon boy, I think my friends want to play with you!"

The two remaining bandits see an opportunity to down another member of opposition and slink towards Lo-Kag. Grryth gets a nice opening on the bandit he was going toe-to-toe with and leaves a nice gash in his arm. Both of the bandits swing their maces at the grasping hand of Lo-Kag in an attempt to make him fall off of the train, but fortunately for him, the only crunchy sound made by the maces is that of metal breaking the marble floor on either side of his grasping hand.

[sblock=Actions]

TRACKER:
- Free: Marks Lo-Kag and Gurdan
- Minor: Change to humanoid-cat form and inserts the control rod into the elemental cart.
- Move: Shift 2 squares to P5
- Standard: Shoots the elemental cart, blasting it from underneath Gurdan and Lo-Kag, causing them to roll saves vs falling.

[sblock=Lo-Kag's Save]
Lo-Kag saves vs falling and grabs the edge of the cabin (considered prone, but can pull himself up and get out of prone with a DC 15 climb check as a move action. Failure by 5 or more means that Lo-Kag falls).
[/sblock]
[sblock=Gurdan's Save]
Gurdan is not so lucky and fails his save. Gurdan takes 24 falling damage, is knocked unconscious, and is tumbling behind the train. (Once your turn comes up, you can roll a death save at the beginning of your turn since you're a warden (gotta love Font of Life...). If that fails, you can roll another death save at the end of your turn as normal.

Your unconscious form is currently at square AU-7 (see the second map attached). If you have some means to heal, then you will be able to regain consciousness and try to run your way back to the train. A simple DC 15 Athletics check will allow you to pull yourself through the back door of the train once you are within 1 square of the door. When you choose to move, you will need to use the run action, but will keep your same speed (5).

Bandit 2:

- Move: Moves to Q-8
- Standard: Attacks Lo-Kag with his Dazing Strike, but he misses (barely).

Bandit 4:
- Move: Shifts to P-9, which triggers Grryths Combat Challenge class feature, giving Grryth a free melee basic attack. This attack hits for 8 damage and marks him again.
- Standard: Attacks Lo-Kag with his Dazing Strike and misses (by a lot, lol!)

Round 5
Masumi seeing her allies fall scowls as she tries to slide tracker to space Q6. If that fails she will attack trackers cart specifically it's elemental engine with her Eldrich blast (using a action point for damage). If the slide is successful she will attack bandit 2 with her Eldrich blast.

Minor Action: slide Tracker by sustaining Curse of the Dark (has he saved from it yet?
Standard Action: Eldrich blast 1d20+8=23 Damage=1d10+6=10 (I'm not sure what extra damage the action point would do)
