Messar stands in front of you, spear drawn, awaiting an unseen foe...
Thorn draws forth his spear and awaits the enemies approach.
Feeling a battle coming, Gloom feels the rage filling him. He then makes a step forward, ready to charge when the enemy show up.
Gellan holds up a hand.
"Hsst! They are nearby," he says in a harsh whisper. Drawing his
tan'gat, he moves carefully to one side.
Martelai scans the area for any trace of their enemy. Not a living creature is in sight, but you do notice that the muddy ground around the bloody area seems to have recently been disturbed...
Zharne holds his position, ready for when their enemy appears.
Leonard begins to move forward but Minharath sticks out his arm and holds him back.
"Stay back Leonard. The others are better suited to handle this situation" he calmly tells the young man.
As you stand there awaiting your enemy you all get an uneasy feeling come over you as the clearing remains silent.....too silent....

Remember....
- The grass looking squares are normal terrain.
- The brown looking squares are Mud, and are difficult terrain (2 squares to move through)
- The water looking squares are knee deep water, and are difficult terrain and require a DC 10 Athletics check to move through or you get stuck (immobilized) until you break free.
- The gray rocky squares near the bottom of the map between the water and grass are slick wet rocks. Moving over these require a DC 12 Acrobatics check. Failure means you fall prone and slip into the nearest water square.
