Who'd do the art for your campaign?

I suppose it's cheating, but I do mine... just check the sig.

That said, the Mediterranean focus of the campaign really cries out for a Van Gogh or a Rembrandt, but that's not gonna happen. Instead... guh, closest thing I can think of is Greg Land (another comic artist) and a bunch of computer colourists.

oooh, this sure is a toughy, but i'll have to go with greg staples. his amazing illustrations in dragon [including the covers for the dwarves and gnomes issues] set my imagination ablaze! it's a real shame he doesn't have a website.

I recently baught a book of Brom's art purely to use as campaign illustration, so i'd probably go for him or Charles Vess (for my weirder, more fantastic game moments).

This is tough, because there have been a lot of great artists. But, I have to go with Keith Parkinson. His "What do you mean we're lost" is still my favorite piece.

I think I'd want Chris Kennedy to do it (aka (contact)).

Check out the pirate zombies he made for me when I was trying to get Midgard adventures off the ground.

If I had to choose just one, I would say Brom, much to my player's chagrin. I keep several of his collections nearby when gaming and occasionally open one up in support of the "You see this!" moment. They hate that.

So, probably Brom.

But, when possible, support your local artist (and friends)!

Man, that's a tough question. I simply don't know enough about artists to really choose one, but I think that Rebecca Guay has some exquisitely evocative artwork. Look especially at the Emerald Knights artwork and the painting for Gaea's Blessing (the Magic card) and Youthful Knight (another Magic card).
