"Aye," says Carradoc. "For what it's worth, I've learned a spell that I've not fully experimented with. I know I have the ability to turn myself invisible, but I think I could turn up to three of us invisible, if it helps." He looks at Kubeba with a grin. "Sorry, Kubeba; you wouldn't want to be invisible anyways, right?"

"Or," he says, "I have a way to scout out the rest of this place, and even to spy on whatever meeting this might be. That can be done at a distance, but it will only give visual information. I guess it depends on how we want to approach this."

"Invisible, really?" Kubeba looks impressed. "That is quite handy for you, I like to see the fear in my enemies eyes when they see me coming for them! But what do you think that gonging meant?"

Telepathically, Thaliss says it surely is an alarm signal. I too can turn myself invisible, but I won't be able to do so for others, at least not today. I can however use my illusions so we can hide against a wall. Hopefully, we won't need to resort to this. Nodding at Maighan, he continues indeed, we should get moving, but lets quickly see if there is anything of interest in the room first.

If the group cannt find anything, Thaliss proposes to go to the door to the south

You find roughly 40 gold pieces worth of minor treasure in the lizardfolk den.

You find a troll hole.

This room is filthy. The walls are crumbling and crooked, and the heaps of uncured pelts and hides strewn across the floor form a crude, foul-smelling carpet. Gnawed bones and broken crockery are scattered about, along with a few odd pieces of armor, most bent, twisted, or badly scored by claw marks. Doors lead to the north and the east.

The creatures ask, "Whatchube doin 'mon?" when disturbed.

Telepathically to his companions, Thaliss says: let me try something.

To the trolls he says: "Haven't you heard, the gong is ringing!"

OOC: Hoping to get some intel here ;-)
