It could be a fang dragon. They are also known as gray dragons.

 

It's not very colourful for a DnD dragon. They are normally colour coded for our convenience. PCs would not know what to do with that one.
The image/video is desaturated, perhaps to indicate dusk or storm clouds, or just an aesthetic choice. But it's clearly a red dragon. Wavy horns. Fan along the side of its face. Barbs on its chin. Plus they have a history of working with githyanki (which the lithe dragon-rider appears to be).

I can see the red. Not sure if the low light is the actual atmosphere of the scene, or an attempt to hide the color for some reason.

You got very good color contrast capabilities then. I only spotted the Rider in the still since everything is I blue-gray tones. Maybe your monitor settings (color profile)?

I assure you I am in no way color blind, I did several tests to check that.
