How about going broader, and using Malay?
I can certainly try something like that next.

EDIT: same prompt as before, except swapping out “Tahitian” for “Malay”.

I don’t think the ethnicity came through really, but I note they are not wearing bikinis! It would appear that DALL•E thinks Tahitian women only wear bikinis or clothing closely resembling bath robes. 😢

They also seem to have developed much larger ears. I quite like that first one, though.

I love how Tom Hiddleston still shows up even when someone else is filling the role of Loki.

EDIT: On a different note, a quick Google search shows me that there is plenty of art out there showing people with webbed fingers. But for whatever reason, DALL-E either will not or cannot do webbed fingers. It won't give mermaids webbed fingers. It won't give Swamp Things webbed fingers. It won't give Creatures from the Black Lagoon webbed fingers. It won't give fish men webbed fingers (although it will give them webbed/finned ears). I don't ever get any blocked prompts,* but I can only conclude that they haven't trained it on art depicting creatures with webbed fingers or they've actively blocked that wording. It's more than a little frustrating.

*I take that back. "Creature from the Black Lagoon" gets blocked unless I specify comic book art.

EDIT 2: Here, have some sepia-toned tiefling ladies. Two of them even have wings!

This last one looks more like a cambion than a tiefling:

As AI traditionally struggles with hands, perhaps it has some sort of "hand correction" algorithm that prevents it producing webbed fingers it perceives as a mistake.
