That looks like their other tables with WotC logos on it? I guess they might sell more this way?

$2000 of that is probably materials. Wood is super expensive.

Very cool. But...

I don't see any actual D&D branding on the product? I see that they get to advertise with the D&D name, and some of the photos show a D&D dice tray or books. But where are the actual logos and stuff on the furniture? I can't see anything that makes the table D&D other than the advertising on the website. Am I missing something?

Also, on a personal note, all of those "rail system" and other moving parts just scream "stuff that's going to break and be hard to clean". The simpler tables are cheaper but are soooooo much more appealing to me for actual use.

I appreciate the modularity, but it all seems fussy to set up and probably not very durable. The basic form would probably make the most sense for someone who played lots of different games occasionally and wanted lots of set-up options, which makes it sort of a silly thing to give D&D specific branding (albeit also in a modular form, but I don't think there is art for other games available).

I bought a Carolina Game Table about 8 or so years ago (now Legend Game Table) still no regrets. Perfect for laptops and wide papers. These narrow form factor shelves just don't cut it (easier to reach across the table, yeah, but that's about it).

That is in line with other companies gaming tables. Some can get a lot more expensive.
