I was feeling my elbow in the last set of preacher curls (not sure what the bar weighed). Combined with how my knees felt after Sunday, I'm a bit worried about combining an increase in volume with lowering the rep range and going heavier for some movements. I've only just begun and I'm already feeling it in my joints a bit.

I'm going to ride this week out and see how I feel. I might go back to my more "minimalist" routine but increase the weight and lower the rep ranges on some of the movements.
 


Tuesday legs was legs. Reeeeeeeeeeeeally bad recovery last night, zero juice but I got my Back focused 'Upper' day in today.

Back increasing, but my chest has really hit the 'feels good lifting heavy' phase now.

Try to recover today, into a legs Thursday.
 

Got back in last night and did a pretty baseline session before D&D. Four sets machine pec flies with drop sets on the latter two, three of machine biceps curls with drop sets on the latter two, and three of machine triceps extensions with drop sets on the latter two.

Hoping to get back in tonight with my brother and hit a couple of different muscle groups.
 


Did get back in last night. Warm up set of lat pulldowns (narrow grip), three working sets with drop sets on the latter two. Three of machine overhead press with drop sets on the latter two. Three of face pulls with increased weight on the second and third, with a drop set on the third. Biceps are already feeling sore, but that's to be expected giving them some accessory work last night after isolation work the night before.

Anyway, Upper was good today, real good. I cut one exercise, but I'm going to do it tomorrow, as there was a lot of people in the area I needed and I'm not about that life.
