IIRC, didn't WotC say something to the effect that such books were 3.5 compatable if not actually 3.5?

Ambidex is a 3.0 feat that was removed in 3.5 or rolled into TWF. There may be a 3rd party/WotC suppliment that reintroduces it but I doubt it. It stated that you no longer had an off hand, thus meaning full STR mod to both weapons I guess.

I may be taking a long bow to this, but this room could also be set up as a magic item craft shop. You would want to be careful about such unforseen circumstances. Oh, it would also mean you would have 8 hours of facial hair growth in two. ;)

While this is RAW, I've gotten the feeling (from these boards) that a fair % of DMs might want to veto or limit this. So I'd check with your DM.

I think that ruling is for the PHB racial weapons, not those from other books. I'm sure that someone will correct me if I'm wrong. :uhoh:

You could always try a spiked shield as a 2ndary weapon. Use it for AC when needed otherwise bash with it. And you could go Improved Shield Bash if appropriate.

Hmmm, well there is that 50% miss chance for non-force damage thing (if you so rule blindness). I'd be inclined to go with 50% miss chance, and only if coated then save or blind but may be convinced otherwise. I would think most so affected would sink into the ground a wait out the duration...

Something else to think about. Since a teifling isn't in control of who it's great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great grandparents are, you could end up pitying the poor fellow for his unfortunate heritage and help him become better than they were.

There is nothing in the SRD that I found that would make ghouls immune to being blinded or to this spell in particular. So yes ghouls can be blinded. The dust does not drop of a victim, it fades away at the end of the spell duration. So you couldn't go to gaseous form and back again to remove...

I've noticed that the answers all concern an increase in DEX. Looking at it when your DEX is lowered, i can't think of anything that says that the resultant DEX decrease lowers your INIT score. So going on this, INIT does not change unless the one acting does something that changes that score...

Mind you, a DM is allowed to limit the amount and types of free actions that you can do. I would stop the 2nd free full round attack.

No spell choices, but: If the DM has changed the ability of the feat, I'd ask the DM if you could change your choices instead of retraining.
