    Depends on your DM; if he/she allows any shapechanging ability (Polymorph, Wild Shape, Alternate Form, ect) to change into an advanced creature, then yes. If not (which I suspect most do not), then nope. You're stuck with a normal version of that creature, no matter what level/HD you have.

    What you want are the Alchemical Weapon Capsules from Complete Adventurer. They allow you to coat your weapon in various substances. Quickflame coats your sword in an oil that ignites on contact with air, allowing you to deal extra fire damage for a round.

    Does the fact that there is a spell Swim (Stormwrack) change anyone's mind on whether or not Fly allows you to move underwater at normal Fly speed?

    While there isn't a definition of rest given in the Glossary, the bolded text says that you can't move faster than a normal move during a rest period, as it relates to the Run action, so you don't have to completely stop moving.

    RigaMortus2 has it right. Natural Heavyweight, from the Planar Handbook, doubles your carrying capacity. On planes with normal gravity, you gain bonuses to climb and jump and penalties to balance, ride, swim, and tumble checks. The bonuses and penalties are doubled on planes with light gravity.
