Is there anything else on other familiars (especially ferrets)?

Dragon Magazine #280 has some additional familiar info. It's 3.0, but easily adapable.

    Druid in PHB II

Personally, I love the Shapeshift variant. It manages to clear away most of the rules detritus of the Polymorph chain while still keeping the delicious flavor of changing shape -- by using an established rules idea (the "template"). Hell, I liked it so much, I did a lower-powered port to...

Any way to get a second familiar?

And Lord knows it breaks the game to have two negative xp balloons just waiting to be popped. ;)

Any way to get a second familiar?

Check out Dragon Magazine #280. There's a feat in there called "Extra Familiar." It's pretty straightforward (gives you an extra familiar), and has no prerequisites. It's 3.0, but there are no funky mechanical bits that need conversion. Edit: Oh, and it allows all of your familiars to benefit...

    legendary animal companion

Well, in 3.0 you could have legendary animals as animal companions; but, then again, a druid's animal companion (gained via the 3.0 spell animal friendship) wasn't a distinct class ability that grew in power as they gained levels.

    Masterwork Potion Belt

Yes, but so is "rocks fall, everyone dies." The game is set up so that a DM can bone their players at any time. A DM could, of course, talk with their players to determine whether a given item is appropriate to the campaign, but that would just be silly.

    Making Eldritch Blasts non-lethal...

Good luck. (oh, btw, it's "iceifur" :D )

    Making Eldritch Blasts non-lethal...

You could follow the example set by the other Spell-like Ability meta-feats (remembering that an unmodified Eldritch Blast counts as a 1st-lvl spell); granted, it's not an all-you-can-fire-buffet-of-unconsciousness, but it could be handy. And plus, you know, precedent and all that. Nonlethal...

    How much would it be...

An Ode to Feats By 20 you'll have 7, And 7 shall they be (Unless you are a human) (Or a Fighter/PrC). Seriously, though, there's not much in the way of guidelines. The Arms and Equipment Guide gave a rough guide to estimating, but it's 3.0 (and very, shall we say, iffy). The game doesn't handle...

    natural bond (complete adventurer)

Faugh. There's always this, which doesn't even require Natural Bond: Elf Druid 5 / Beastmaster 1 Feats: Skill Focus (Handle Animal), Aerenal Beastmaster (Races of Eberron, page 105), one other feat Animal Companion (effective Druid level 12th) Reddaz (Baboon) Medium Animal HD: 9d8+9 (49 hp)...

    natural bond (complete adventurer)

As an aside, the ranger doesn't even have the animal companion ability until 4th level, which means (barring any funky bonus feat action) the earliest a ranger could take Natural Bond would be 6th level.

    natural bond (complete adventurer)

Yep. And pick of a level of the Beastmaster PrC from Complete Adventurer to completely off-set the penalty for your Dire Wolf (when combined with Natural Bond). Thus, a 6th level Druid/1st level Beastmaster could have a Dire Wolf with the benefits of being a 7th level animal companion (and no...

    Making a "monster hunter"?

From your description, I'd have to say Hexblade/Warlock. The PHII companion option rocks, IMHO, but especially if you've got a little warlock in you. ;) I'm assuming you're playing a human, correct?

    Brawler class?

Well, the Defender class might be what you're looking for. It shares certain features with the Monk, but without a lot of the "goofy magical abilities." It's from Midnight, 2nd Edition.

    Making a "monster hunter"?

If you plan on taking Hexblade levels, 3 is a good stopping point. Curse 1/day, +Cha mod to saves vs spells, and Mettle. If you manage to pick up Evasion from somewhere (say, from 2 levels of Hunter Monk from Dragon 310 - page 45, or 2 levels of Rogue), you're off to a good start. Also, what...

    Making a "monster hunter"?

Sworn Slayer is from Dragon 324, page 81. You might also try the Leviathan Hunter (Stormwrack, page 61). As for a base class for a monster hunter, it's hard to go wrong with Ranger.

    Sorcerer/Wizard familiars

There's a feat in Dragon Magazine #280, page 62, that'll get you what you want. "Extra Familiar." It's a General feat, and can be taken multiple times. It does exactly what it says.

    Feats for Warlocks

Point Blank Shot and Precise Shot. Get them both ASAP. If you are going the "undead commander" type of route, check out some of the Corpsecrafter feats from Libris Mortis. Also in this vein, the "Divine" feats that burn turning/rebuking attempts may be useful. Other than that, it depends on...

What would you price this item at?

Well, let's see. Ghost Strike (Libris Mortis, page 77) is a +2 weapon enhancement that gives the Ghost Touch ability and allows the user to sneak attack Incorporeal undead as if they weren't undead. Shadow Striking (Tome of Magic, page 155) is a +3 weapon enhancement that allows the weapon to...
