Well, other than 3e, I've been playing Star Wars. I've also been running a game in the old west using the Sidewinder: Wild West Adventures d20 rules.

Assuming you are running a relatively current version of PCGen (I believe 4.3.1 is current), you would click on the Inventory tab. This then makes available three sub-tabs. The one you want is Resources. That is where you can create a familiar or other animal companion. Max

All I can find on their web page is a statement that there is a "low cost upgrade for existing users of CC2 to upgrade to CC2 Pro" or something to that effect. I can't find anywhere that actually says how much it is, though. I'd ask on the CC2 yahoo group. Someone there will have the answer...

I would suggest contacting Profantasy's technical support directly. They do an excellent job working with their customers. I recall that there were issues with the serial numbers for CC-2 Pro, which they have resolved. Contact them and I'm sure they can help you...
