The only module I can honestly give a 10 to. I have played in and DMed this one several times and it never fails to provide hours of fun. TPK? Hardly. Every group I have run this in has managed to defeat Strahd. Not every PC survives to be sure but they have managed to win out in the end.

I stick mainly to the core feats for NPCs with the occassional non-Core book thrown in. Choosing feats is pretty easy if you have a character concept for your NPC to begin with.
