    Full round attacks

    I've only skimmed through it, but it seems not so simple as I'd like. If you limit only to 1 attack per round, consider another option: when the character would be able to make 2 attacks, her attack deals 2[w], when 3 attacks --> 3[w] and so on.

    The best I can think of is to have only one attack, with increasing bonus to damage based on level (or BAB); two weapons let you choose which to use and give you a little damage bonus.

    Yes, but because you're going to improve 3.5, why don't get rid of dead levels? We've already discussed this in another section, and i keep on thinking that adding class features would not be a problem, both in GM's and players' point of view.

    I would not consider BAB and saves as a goodie... Every class gets them, though at different ratios, so they're not the shtick of a specified class. Just my opinion, i'd give something, even insignificant, at every level...

    But it's more consistent if every class gets something at every level... And, if you are the player, it's in your interest to keep track of your goodies. If you're the master, NPCs don't have to be perfectly in line with all the rules (you can simply remember major details/abilities).

    Why don't make SR a bonus to all the defenses (AC, saves) against magic effects, and nothing more? That way you boost it against spells that have a SR entry, but you don't add the necessity of one more roll (if a spell doesn't have SR, it still won't have).
