We Do like the rules (although a low level Psion can be a liability), but with all the D20 options....it doesn't come up a helluva lot. We run several games and the only active Psion is a dual class Githzerai monk. Dual class Psions seem to work best..... It is the most balanced system....and...

Board Games Instead of Repeating previous suggestions i offer two out of print games. ATMOSFEAR (the old VCR game) and a personal favorite SHADOWLORD from Parker Brotehers......A lot of my younger brothers early D&D characters came from this game...(its easy...and fun)
