Does anyone still play in Greyhawk?

Been Running in Greyhawk since 1979 (all three editions...or 3 1/2 editions)... and still run once a week..... To me Greyhawk IS D&D.... I've added a lot over the years...and even extended the map with some home brew stuff... but it still all begins with Greyhawk...... I play in several...

What are your favorite pre-3e D&D/AD&D books.

[FONT=Verdana] For me.... It is Unearthed Arcana (to this day that is truly the book that changed the game) For a campaign setting Out Of The Ashes... it was the first real Greyhawk expansion... ....For an adventure..... B4 The Lost City..... in my opinion the perfect dungeon crawl...

    Favorite Character

My namesake.....my very first character.....a reluctant Prince......a 1st edition Fighter made in 1978..... Caspiar seemed to have luck on his side......never once died.....never had to be raised...... He has been translated into both 2nd and 3rd edition......and is still merely a fighter...

    Psionics Opinion

We Do like the rules (although a low level Psion can be a liability), but with all the D20 options....it doesn't come up a helluva lot. We run several games and the only active Psion is a dual class Githzerai monk. Dual class Psions seem to work best..... It is the most balanced system....and...

Not sure about a whole party, but a former Paladin of mine cherished his Ring of Water Walking above all of his other items including his Holy Sword. Originally I did not even want the item, since this was second edition and we all remember the Paladin's restrictions on magic items. Turned out...

Comparative Review: Seas of Blood (Mongoose) and Seafarer's Handbook (FFG)

Great Review. I feel better about choosing Seas of Blood and curious enough to check out Seafarer's Handbook..... Although I am not a huge "underwater adventure" fan.

    Poll: Favorite Non-D&D RPG Setting

For me it has got to be Cthulu. It is such a clean system, really easy to get into, even if you have never played. And you will never tire of your character because he will probably be either dead or in an asylum before too long..... I enjoy the "normals" up against the supernatural... That...

I use the Monte Ranger myeslf, but limit the bonus feat selection.. on his messageboard. JRRNeiklotl posted a list of feats that the Ranger may select from for his bonus feats..... I will modify this a bit when Masters of the Wild hits i think. Here is that list...but so far it has been a...
