I think post count does play a part here, albeit a small one. People who read a very large amount of threads and never post are rare. Mostly a person with low post count just isn't an active reader or writer in forum topics. I only read the ones that interest me, and I usually reply to them...

I made a new account once when I was having trouble logging into the forums, but it didn't work. So, I posted a thread using the default "I'm a Spammer!" tag they implemented in Meta a while back. Never used it since, probably auto-banned by the forum anyway. ;)

Buy 10 reams of paper, box included. Those boxes are durable enough to transport books, and fit nicely into the trunk of a car.

I just threw together a spreadsheet in OpenOffice for it. When it fills up I just add another 25 lines. Never needed more than 150, though.

It seems that in 4e, spammers are much easier to deal with. ;)
