I'm changing my opinion slightly based on the other thread - specifically this part: It's possible, though not terribly likely, that they'll announce the book in the works after the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide.

And just like that my hopes for a new animated D&D series are resurgent.

I don't think they'll even do that - they didn't announce Rage of Demons until Princes of the Apocalypse had been out for a month, and have been focusing on a "one marketing campaign at a time". They'll talk about SCL, Rage of Demons, the SCAG, and the movie. If there's another book coming out...
